However, we do offer flexible options for those who may need to leave earlier due to unforeseen circumstances. On average, the process can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks from the time an application is submitted. However, it is important to note that this timeline is subject to change based on individual circumstances.     Residents at COCOON have the choice to furnish their rooms with their own furniture or use the furniture provided by the community. Please note that any large furniture items must be approved by the community prior to move-in to ensure they meet safety and space requirements. Additionally, all electronics brought into the community must be UL-listed and approved by the community.     Yes, couples are more than welcome to share a room in COCOON. However, please note that all of our rooms are single occupancy, so each person will need to pay for their own stay. Additionally, for the comfort and privacy of all our guests, we do not allow visitors in the rooms.

All the basic services are included in the fee. However, if you opt for additional or a la carte services, additional charges will be levied.
