Authorization and Functioning

Upon obtaining prior authorization, COCOON is allowed to operate as per the regulations. Any usage of the residence necessitates the acquisition of operational authorization. The necessary personnel required for functioning are determined in Annex II of the Orden de 28 de julio del 2000, under Section 1 General Functional Requirements and Section 2.1.2 Viviendas Tuteladas.

• Room and board (R&B) services for all residents

• 24/7 personalized care provided by our dedicated staff

• Access to wellness technology to support your health and fitness goals

• Select concierge services for your convenience

Additionally, please be aware that there is a defined minimum period of stay, which will be mutually agreed upon before the commencement of our services. Payments for our services are made in advance, with residents kindly settling their fees two months ahead of the service period.
